Richard S. Geiger
Rick Geiger primarily dedicates his practice to subrogation and arbitration. Mr. Geiger negotiates, arbitrates and litigates claims relating to traffic accidents, property damages, workers' compensation liens, cargo losses, uninsured motorists, owner-operators, and rental equipment contracts. Rick also has successfully resolved claims involving multi-party liability and complex insurance coverage issues.
Prior to co-founding DITCHEY GEIGER, LLC, Mr. Geiger worked at one of Cleveland's largest international law firms where his practice related to product liability defense. Rick also has worked as an Arbitrator for Progressive Insurance Company and participated as a panelist for Arbitration Forums, Inc. deciding cases for member carriers. Rick previously served as a military policeman for the United States Army stationed in Frankfurt, Germany, and held the positions of Military Police Investigator and Traffic Accident Investigator.
