Tim Ditchey has over 20 years of experience handling subrogation and collection matters. Prior to co-founding DITCHEY GEIGER, LLC, Mr. Ditchey held the position of Vice President and Director of Operations with Bell Corporation of America, Insurance Subrogation Services. Mr. Ditchey also worked as an Arbitrator for Progressive Insurance Company and served as a panelist for Arbitration Forums, Inc., deciding cases for member carriers.
In addition to his subrogation and collection practice, Mr. Ditchey is General Counsel to local area businesses handling a wide variety of business law matters. His experience ranges from business planning and management consultation to administrative hearings and litigation at the state and federal levels.
