For clients who are members of Arbitration Forums and wish to initiate or need to 
respond to arbitration contentions, we offer direct placement arbitration services. Our firm prepares strong contentions supported with legal writing skills to maximize winning decisions. DITCHEY GEIGER, LLC is registered as a TPA with Arbitration Forums, Inc. which allows for efficient tracking and monitoring of volume placements. We also offer an option to non-member carriers for the opportunity to participate on a case by case basis.
Our principals are experienced as Arbitration Forums panel members and have a track record of success. Our clients can appreciate reduced claim handling costs with timely filings through our firm. In addition to cost savings, our clients can mitigate damage awards by engaging our services to assert effective defenses and counterclaims.
ARBITRATION FEE SCHEDULE:
Our standard fee for direct placement Applicant or Counterclaim filings for automobile physical damage or property claims is a 25% contingency fee based on the gross amount awarded.
In addition to Applicant and Counterclaim filings, we provide Respondent Defense Contentions (answer only) for a flat fee of $250.00.
A reduced fee schedule is available based upon the volume of arbitration placements.
OUR PROCESS:
- Once received, the file will be reviewed and an acknowledgment will be sent confirming the fee agreement, claim information, and loss amount.
- Periodic status reports will communicate hearing dates and recovery efforts.
- Settlement offers will be communicated for your approval.
- Once a decision has been rendered, prompt notice will be sent to memorialize the final disposition of your claim.
- We will collect all awards and submit a net remittance.
