Ditchey and Richard S. Geiger.\u00a0DITCHEY GEIGER, LLC is the successor to Timothy J. Our on-site staff of subrogation professionals handle each claim from inception to final resolution. We do not outsource any of our front line collection efforts. In cases where the adverse party has failed to make voluntary payment and client authorizes litigation, we utilize our approved local counsel to file litigation. Our on-site litigation management team maintains responsibility for monitoring the case and providing client status updates.<\/p>\n<p>Our staff of skilled collection representatives maintain an aggressive, yet professional approach in our recovery efforts to achieve maximum results. Our internal training on subrogation collection practices provides continuing education and expertise to exceed expectations. DITCHEY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tim Ditchey has been handling subrogation and collection matters since 1988 and currently serves as Special Counsel to the office of Ohio Attorney General, Collections Enforcement Division. Prior to co-founding DITCHEY GEIGER, LLC, Mr. Ditchey held the position of Vice President and Director of Operations with Bell Corporation of America, Insurance Subrogation Services. Mr. Geiger manages staff to effectively negotiate resolution of claims relating to traffic accidents, property damage, workers\u2019 compensation liens, cargo losses, and rental equipment contracts. Rick also has successfully resolved claims through arbitration and litigation involving multi-party liability and complex insurance coverage issues.
