Once we have worked a file to conclusion and have exhausted all efforts to secure a voluntary payment, we may recommend filing suit to advance the collection process. Upon receipt of client authorization, we will engage one of our network attorneys located throughout the United States to initiate litigation in the proper jurisdiction. Our local counsel work on a contingency fee which is covered under our assignment agreement, so there is no additional fee to the client.
