History

DITCHEY GEIGER, LLC was formed as a Limited Liability Company in 2006 by and between Timothy J. Ditchey and Richard S. Geiger. DITCHEY GEIGER, LLC is the successor to Timothy J. Ditchey, LLC which was formed in 2003 as the continuation of a sole proprietorship established in 1999.

DITCHEY GEIGER, LLC is a full service, high volume, collections law firm concentrating on Nationwide Subrogation Recovery and Arbitration. Our vision and strategy is to present a business model that offers ease of process to the client while providing maximum results. DITCHEY GEIGER, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is proud to maintain a diverse workforce.

DITCHEY GEIGER, LLC combines the benefits of a law firm, a subrogation recovery company, and a collection agency into a single option to outperform the competition. Our on-site staff of subrogation professionals handle each claim from inception to final resolution. We do not outsource any of our front line collection efforts. In cases where the adverse party has failed to make voluntary payment and client authorizes litigation, we utilize our approved local counsel to file litigation. Our on-site litigation management team maintains responsibility for monitoring the case and providing client status updates.

Our staff of skilled collection representatives maintain an aggressive, yet professional approach in our recovery efforts to achieve maximum results. Our internal training on subrogation collection practices provides continuing education and expertise to exceed expectations. We place a premium on client satisfaction and strive to maintain quality standards and long-lasting business relations.
